We finally purchased a Hot Springs Tub. We had a large Memorial Day party and wanted to use the tub the following week. They made it happen. They installed several days before. The installation team was awesome, explained everything and walked us through everything. Conner also showed up to make sure we were satisfied and installation was Perfect. Their products are top of the line and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Conner was incredibly informative, helpful, and easy to work with. He was super responsive over email and answered all my questions along the way. He even came out on delivery day to make sure we were satisfied and answer any and ALL questions we had. They even came out a second time to move the tub so we could place deck tiles beneath it. Anthony, the owner, is such a nice guy and always takes his time to chat and make sure everything is going as planned. He even unexpectedly threw in some upgrades that we are so happy to have! We were also provided with fool proof instructions on how to get our hot tub up and running, which saved us so much time and energy. And if that wasn’t enough, an in-person orientation with one of their service technicians was also included. Valley’s knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness made the entire process very smooth and enjoyable.
